Delete your account

In the app (once it launches)

Open Quest Club, go to your account settings and choose "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm. Deleting is permanent.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@getquestclub.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your username and a detail only the account owner would know. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, your characters and progress in every game, your purchase records on our servers (Apple keeps its own billing records) and any email address you added. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as proof of a purchase for tax, and short-lived backups that are overwritten on a schedule.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, if we ever offer one. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
